RECOVER WHILE YOU SLEEP.

Description

NBS Goodnight uses real, whole ingredients to facilitate all aspects of recovery through optimal sleep.

Hormonal Response

While we sleep, our bodies release a variety of hormones and signaling molecules to aid in recovery from the stresses of the day. Two of these items are human growth hormone and nitric oxide. Both nitric oxide and HGH are released during the rapid eye movement (REM) cycle of sleep.

Nitric oxide plays a crucial role in our ability to achieve Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep. The more REM sleep we achieve, the more nitric oxide we produce, which allows for better sleep in the upcoming days.

Deep sleep is also needed for the release of HGH. If you want to get faster, stronger and leaner, then you need your body to release as much HGH as possible.

Deep Sleep

As you can see, deep sleep is important, but how do we get there? Our NBS Goodnight formulation is designed to aid in sleep from two different angles, melatonin and muscle relaxation. Melatonin is needed to control natural sleep patterns, but instead of just adding in synthetic melatonin, we use real food ingredients that provide a natural source of melatonin.

In conjunction with melatonin, NBS Goodnight provides you with magnesium to aid in sleep. Magnesium is a natural muscle relaxer and it is vital for the function of GABA receptors. GABA is a calming neurotransmitter, and it helps turn your brain “off” at night so you can sleep.

Feed the Process

While our body is repairing itself during sleep, providing amino acids may help prevent the catabolism of lean tissue. Our signature recovery matrix provides just the right amount of amino acids needed during various stages of sleep throughout the night to help with not only muscle repair, but hormone and neurotransmitter production as well.

One thing you will not find in our NBS Goodnight formula is excess sugar. Excess sugar before bed can interfere with HGH production. If we consume large amounts of sugar, our blood sugar rises signaling the body to release insulin. When insulin is present in the body, HGH will not be released. So lots of sugar before bed equals the decreased ability to recover and repair during sleep.

As you can tell, there is a lot going on in your body while you sleep. So grab a warm mug of NBS Goodnight and let it lull you into a stronger, faster, fitter you.

What you will not find in our products:

We work hard to bring you a line of products that provide over 99% active ingredients. While some of our raw goods contain minimal amounts of inactive ingredients to help guard against clumping, we never backfill our product with:

  • Fillers: oils, food starch or cellulose.
  • Flow or Thickening Agents: magnesium stearate, carrageenan or guar/xanthan gum.
  • Anything Artificial: dyes, xylitol, sucralose or acesulfame potassium.

Directions

Women – mix 5 scoops in 8 – 10 oz. of liquid and consume 30 minutes before bed.

Men – mix 8 scoops in 10 oz. of liquid and consume 30 minutes before bed.

Best Usage

NBS Goodnight can be enjoyed as a warm beverage. Mix your prescribed amount in a shaker bottle or mixer and blend until dissolved. Add to a saucepan, and turn the heat to medium. Stir constantly until warm, about 2 minutes. The temperature should be just warm enough to where you can hold your finger in the liquid for 3 seconds.

Try not to over-heat, or heat too fast as it can cause the proteins to coagulate and clump.

If you choose to use the microwave, heat your liquid without the product. Once your liquid is the desired temperature, combine with your Goodnight in a mixer or shaker bottle. Be careful to not burn yourself with the liquid.

NBS Tip – We do not add excess sugar to Goodnight. If you find you need a bit more sweetness, start with a teaspoon of sweetener like honey, maple syrup or sugar and adjust accordingly.
