When will my order ship?

In most cases, orders received by 2 pm, EST will ship on the same day. Orders received after that time will ship the next day.

Standard Shipping Info

Standard shipping for all orders under $99 is a flat fee of $5.99. Flat rate shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.

Orders received Monday – Friday before 2 pm EST will normally ship same day. Orders received after 2 pm will ship the following day, except for Friday orders, which will ship Monday.

Standard delivery time is typically 1 – 3 days from the time the package is shipped.

Delays in your shipping or delivery may be caused by:

  • Payment issue
  • Incorrect or undeliverable shipping addresses
  • Out of stock items
  • Severe weather

If any of these issues occur, we will contact you directly.

From time to time, addresses come up as undeliverable. In these cases, you may incur an additional processing fee.

Free Shipping Info

All orders over $99 will receive free priority shipping within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii and most US Territories). In order to receive free shipping, the order must total $99 after any discounts and does not include shipping charges. Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to a single address.

International Shipping Info

We do ship internationally on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us at orders@bt-nutrition.com if you require assistance.

Tracking Info

Once a label is created for your order, you should receive an email with your tracking info from USPS.com. If you do not receive your shipping info, first check the spam folder of your email. If you cannot find the link, please email us at orders@bt-nutrition.com.

Damaged Orders

We inspect every bag of NBS before they are shipped to ensure product integrity. If your product is damaged during transit, please send an email to orders@bt-nutrition with your order number and pictures of the damaged product so we may replace your damaged bags.

Missing Orders

Once USPS receives your order, it becomes your possession. If you have not received your order after 3 days of transit time, it is your responsibility to check with USPS on the status of your order.

If you receive an email stating your order was delivered, but the package cannot be found, please contact your local post office. Packages are scanned at delivery and a geotag is created so your local post office will be able to tell you the exact delivery location.
